You can Fetch Easily after Fetch. Click on robots.txt Tester. After opening robots.txt Tester, your site robots.txt file will be shown Now change your robots.txt and remove Disallow: /wp-includes/

and test your Site.

Open your WordPress Dashboard.and click on Yoast SEO Plugin if you use it.
Click on tool Option after open it Show
Now Remove Only Disallow: /wp-includes/ Line and Click on Save
