First, I ignore it after a few days my Traffic down day by Down Next Day when I submit my new post again receive Message. Specifically, Googlebot cannot access your JavaScript and/or CSS files because of restrictions in your robots.txt file.

How To Fix Googlebot Cannot Access CSS & JS Warning

First, log in to your G mail account and go to Google search console Dashboard. Now Click on google Index and open Blocked resource and see the error.

Now open crawl and open fetch as Google

you Can Fetch Easily after Fetch click on robots.txt Tester. after open  robots.txt Tester, your site robots.txt file will be shown now change on your robots.txt remove Disallow: /wp-includes/

and Test your Site.

Open your WordPress Dashboard.and click on Yoast SEO Plugin if you use it.

Click on tool Option after open it Show

Now Remove Only Disallow: /wp-includes/ Line and Click on Save
